RJ Evans
President & Major Account Manager

RJ Evans founded Midwest Conveying in February 2005, after a long career as a direct salesman for Trico Belting and Nationwide Belting that began in 1985. RJ began in the shop of Nationwide Belting working his way through the ranks until reaching his passion of Outside Sales later continuing his sales career at Trico Belting beginning in 1996. RJ has been married to Denise for 12 years and has six children and three grandchildren.

When RJ is not working he relishes in the pains of Cleveland Sports as a lifelong fan of the Indians and Browns along with NASCAR, Travelling and Camping.

RJ would like to extend a warm welcome and would be glad to assist in any conveyor needs.

TJ Phillips
Account Manager

Sales Territory: Ontario Canada, Indiana, and Michigan
Thomas J. Phillips ( TJ ) has been with Midwest Conveying Solutions since the company was founded in 2005. He brought with him to MCS years of experience in sales and continues to grow his territory.

TJ has 2 teenage children, a boy, and a girl. He is active in his community and is a founding member of the non-profit group Fellowship Matters. When not at work he can usually be found in his woodshop but if you can’t find him there chances are he’s riding his Harley.

Alison Belkofer
Office Manager

Alison started with Midwest Conveying in April 2015, her role as our Office Manager has been a perfect fit with her strong work ethic, time management skills, and friendly personality. Alison keeps the team organized and on task.

Outside of MCS Alison puts these same skills to good use with her growing family which includes two very active twin boys. Married to her husband Will since 2011, they enjoy Tigers baseball, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
